The Standard Sheet music uses Five Lines - Most of People are familiar with the Every Good Boy Does Fine and F.A.C.E that is taught in music at school - you will always See two sets of the Five lines that they call "Staffs"
Here is what you would see: We have added the Note names of the Lines - Notice how the bottom one is different!
The Top one is for the Higher notes (called the TREBLE CLEF) and the bottom one (Called the BASS CLEF) does not follow the Same EGBDF and FACE rule - It is offset!
One Good part about Standard notation is that you can immediately tell what Key the song is in by counting the Flats (#) and Sharps (b) at the Beginning of the Song - Usually right after the Funny looking things at the Very Start of the Staff (see above - the "S" looking thing and the Huge comma with the dots after it)
It's Usually simple Unless there are lots of Accidentals which are notes that are not in that KEY - or what we call "Someone writing it in the wrong Key" or the Song changes to other keys!
Here are the Keys by the number of Sharps (#) and Flats that you'll only see right after the funny Time signature things! NOTE: they will have the same amount on the Bottom one and the Top one.
If you don't See any Sharps (#) or Flats (b) at all then its the Key of "C"

ONE # - Key of "G"
TWO #'s - Key of "D"
THREE #'s Key of "A"
FOUR #'s Key of "E"
FIVE #'s Key of "B"
SIX #'s - Key of "F#"
ONE b - Key of "F"
TWO b's - Key of "Bb"
THREE b's - Key of "Eb"
FOUR b's - Key of "Ab"
FIVE b's - Key of "Db"
SIX b's - Key of "Gb"

Those are all that you'll see at the beginning of Any song in standard notation - So if a song is in the Key of "Eb" then you will see Three Flats (b's) at the beginning of Each set of "Staffs" - So any time you see Three Flats (b's) then that song is most likely in the Key of "Eb" (E Flat)
