::Agreement::
By registering for a Music-One-Studios link account, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding our service.

Your use of the Music-One-Studios link account service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

::Notification::
You agree to receive occasional service announcements via email from Music-One-Studios. These announcements will be used to provide information about new services or updates to existing features and functionality.

::Web Site Content::
To ensure that our directory contains valid web sites, we require that any web site listed contain useful and original content or information. We do not allow web sites that contain only single pages or pages with the sole purpose of manipulating search engines. Web sites using languages other than English may or not be permitted but you must first contact Music-One-Studios to see if the web site will be allowed.
Web pages which are linked to or by Music-One-Studios link account (directory categories and member web site links) are not permitted to display contextual advertisements such as those from Yahoo or Google.
Music-One-Studios reserves the right to exclude or remove any web site from our directory for any reason. Music-One-Studios reserves the right to exclude or remove any web site from our services which we deem to be in violation of these Terms of Service or for any reason we deem and without notice.

::Abuse::
Certain types of web sites are not permitted to use the Music-One-Studios link account service. We explicitly do not allow the web sites containing adult-orientated-material, xenophobic information, illegal downloads, illegal content and other sites we deem (without cause) to not include. In addition, we do not allow "FFA" or "Link Farm" type sites which contain only keywords/search results for specific terms.

Attempts to hide the link to the Music-One-Studios reciprocal link on your web page will also be considered an abuse of our system and will result in the termination of your Music-One-Studios link account. Other abuses of the system include invisible links, robot "no follow" directives, and not including valid anchor text with the link.

We allow a maximum of 2 web sites per category per user. Adding additional web sites will result in your account being closed permanently.

You may contact us to report any abuse or illegal use of our services.

::Disclaimer::
This service is provided "as is" and any expressed or implied warranties, guarantees or link exchanges are disclaimed. As a free user you will have the ability to request link exchanges with other users. However, not all the web sites displayed on your link directory pages will link to you. In addition, paid users are provided extra benefits and features not available to free users and or obligate to these terms plus the link service contract. Music-One-Studios reserves all rights and does not explicitly waive any rights.

Termination of Service
Music-One-Studios link service reserves the right to terminate service for any user at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice and with no justificaton.
